Barra Brava FC is expanding to two men's teams for the Fall 2009 season starting in late July and is currently looking exclusively for players with college experience to play for its 1st team, Barra Brava FC Premier. The Barra Brava FC experience is different than any other you will find in WISL in that our first team players play for free and we have weekely practices at a quality field in DC near our sponsor, Molly Malone's Saloon. We also have a close relationship with DC United which affords us the chance to do many things other teams can't like get discounted sideline tickets to games and recieve media coverage of our games, events and parties. Again, we are looking for college players only. We're more than your typical pub team. Call or email with any questions.

Barra Brava FC will hold open tryouts for its Premier and Select men's teams on Wednesday, July 22 from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at VA Highlands Park in Crystal City, VA.

Barra Brava FC was founded in the summer of 2008 and currently plays Washington International Soccer League. We are expanding to two men's teams for this fall due to the large interest from players across the city in being part of a club that is more than your typical pub team.

While the tryouts are open, we want everyone to know that we are looking exclusively for quality players with college experience for our Premier team. Our two men's teams will hold join training sessions every week on one of the highest quality turf field in the city. For more information, follow the link
